- Senior executives, founders, or C-suite leaders operating globally
- Minimum 2 years in current leadership role with demonstrable business impact
- Achievements must fall within the January 2024 to December 2025 evaluation period
- Both self-nominations and third-party nominations are accepted
- Nominees may enter multiple categories with separate submissions
