By accessing or using the Best in Business Awards (BIBA) website and submitting a nomination, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the website, including nominators, nominees, jury members, and visitors. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the BIBA website and submission of nominations is open to individuals and organizations worldwide. By submitting a nomination, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to submit the nomination on behalf of an organization. • All information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. • You have the authority and permission to submit information about the nominee. • You are not submitting a nomination on behalf of an individual under active criminal investigation or international sanctions.

All content on the BIBA website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Best in Business Awards and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission. Nomination submissions remain the intellectual property of the submitting party, but by submitting you grant BIBA a non-exclusive license to use, display, and publish the submission content in connection with the awards program.

All nominations are subject to verification. We reserve the right to disqualify any nomination that contains false, misleading, or unverifiable information. By submitting a nomination, you grant BIBA the right to:

• Publish the name, organization, and achievement summary of nominees and winners. • Use submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the awards program. • Share anonymized data for research and reporting purposes.

Nominations that are not selected for an award will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in connection with the BIBA website or awards program:

• Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading nomination information. • Attempting to contact, influence, or offer incentives to jury members. • Using automated scripts, bots, or other tools to submit nominations or access the website. • Interfering with the operation of the website or circumventing security measures. • Violating any applicable laws or regulations. • Engaging in any conduct that harms the reputation or integrity of the awards program.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate disqualification and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best in Business Awards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or participation in the awards program.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to participate in the program (which, given our no-fee model, shall be nil). We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the website.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BIBA regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
