From Nomination to Recognition
Five structured steps ensure every nominee receives fair, thorough, and independent evaluation.
Submit Your Nomination
Complete the online nomination form with nominee details, achievement summary, and supporting documentation. Self-nominations and third-party nominations are both welcome. The process takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Eligibility Screening
Our awards secretariat reviews each submission for completeness, verifies eligibility against published criteria, and ensures documentation accuracy. Only verified entries advance.
Independent Jury Scoring
Verified nominations are distributed to relevant jury panels. Each jury member independently evaluates nominees using the published 5-factor scoring rubric. All reviews are conducted on a blind basis.
Final Deliberation
Top-scoring nominees are reviewed in a final deliberation round. The jury confirms winners based on aggregate scores, qualitative assessments, and cross-category consistency checks.
Winners Announced
Winners are notified directly, profiles published across our platform, and press releases distributed to major outlets. Physical trophies are delivered and all winners are invited to the annual gala.
Nomination Requirements
Ensure your nomination meets these criteria before submitting.
Leadership Position
Nominee must hold a leadership, executive, or senior management role within their organization.
Global Operations
The organization must have active business operations or demonstrable impact internationally.
Measurable Achievements
Cited achievements must have occurred within the 24 months preceding the nomination deadline.
Supporting Documentation
Complete nomination form with accurate, verifiable information. Incomplete entries will not advance.
No Entry Fees
There are no fees or charges at any stage. BIBA is completely free for all nominees and nominators.

Organizations of all sizes are eligible, from early-stage startups to established multinational corporations.
